Coating grade synthetic mica is made of hand-made synthesis flake, ultra white and bright. It is quite applicable to high-end coating, except for same features of the natural mica powder, it’s heat resistance could increase to 1200℃, the purity could be 99.9%, volume resistivity is much higher than natural mica.
The synthetic mica have better heat resistance than natural mica, the former’s heat resistance could be reach 1200℃，while the latter’s only reach 600-800℃，so the synthetic mica is better choice for high temperature coatings. Besides, it is considered as the best material for heavy anti-corrosive coatings due to its good resistance to acid & alkali.
